Amaranth

Recommended recipe by Milica (Millie) Milovanovic. From "Summer"/Educational/Dieting
3 tbsp amaranth
1 cup leftover rice from yesterday
2 cups of water
Pinch of salt
 
Boil amaranth 10 to 15 minutes.  Incorporate rice and pinch of salt.  Simmer 5 minutes.  Serve.
